copy the new entries from alertstable.temp to alertstable, then
  walerts.py -events 1 -updateevents

if you have new data:
  walerts.py -events 1 -redonew

I fixed the MJD in the stamp header. I used the first date of observation 
as the MJD date that gets subtracted.
